"Dream more, Learn more, Do more, Become more" ဆိုတဲ့ စကားစုဟာ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုသဘောတရား (Leadership Philosophy) ကို အလွန်လှပပြီး အားကောင်းတဲ့ နည်းလမ်းနဲ့ ရှင်းပြထားတာပါ။
ဒီစကားစုက ဖြစ်စဉ်တစ်ခု (Process)ကို ကိုယ်စားပြုပြီး ခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ ကြီးထွားမှု အဆင့်ဆင့်ကို ဖော်ပြပါတယ်။ အဲဒါကို "ဘာကြောင့် စိတ်အားတက်ကြွဖြစ်စေတာလဲ (Inspire)" ဆိုတဲ့ ရှုထောင့်ကနေ အသေးစိတ် ရှင်းပြပေးပါ့မယ်။
၁။ Dream More (ပိုမိုအိပ်မက်မက်ပါ) - မျှော်မှန်းချက် (Vision)
ဒါဟာ အစပြုရာ (The Starting Point) ပါ။
ခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ယောက်ဟာ လက်ရှိဖြစ်တည်နေတာထက် ပိုကောင်းတဲ့ အနာဂတ်ကို မြင်ယောင်နိုင်မှ ရှေ့ဆက်နိုင်မှာပါ။
- ဘာကြောင့် စိတ်အားတက်ကြွဖြစ်စေတာလဲ - လူတွေဟာ ကြီးမားတဲ့ အိပ်မက်ကို ကြားရတဲ့အခါ သူတို့ရဲ့ စိတ်ကူးစိတ်သန်းတွေ ပွင့်လာပြီး "ငါလည်း အဲဒီအိပ်မက်ရဲ့ တစ်စိတ်တစ်ပိုင်း ဖြစ်ချင်တယ်" လို့ ခံစားလာရပါတယ်။ ဒါဟာ အုပ်စုတစ်ခုလုံးကို စည်းလုံးစေတဲ့ သံလိုက်အိမ်မြှောင် (Magnet)သဘောပါ။
၂။ Learn More (ပိုမိုသင်ယူပါ) - အရည်အချင်း (Competence)
အိပ်မက်ပြီးရင် အဲဒီအိပ်မက်ကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဖို့ ဗဟုသုတနဲ့ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုတွေ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
- ဘာကြောင့် စိတ်အားတက်ကြွဖြစ်စေတာလဲ - ခေါင်းဆောင်ကိုယ်တိုင် သင်ယူနေတာကို မြင်ရတဲ့အခါ အဖွဲ့ဝင်တွေက "ဒီလူက ငါတို့ကို သိပြီးသားနေရာကနေ ခေါ်သွားတာမဟုတ်ဘူး၊ ငါတို့နဲ့အတူ လေ့လာသင်ယူနေတယ်" လို့ ခံစားရပါတယ်။ ဒါက **ပြောင်းလဲလိုစိတ် (Adaptability)** ကို ပြသပြီး အဖွဲ့ဝင်တွေကိုလည်း သူတို့ရဲ့ အရည်အချင်းတွေ တိုးတက်အောင် လုပ်ချင်စိတ် ဖြစ်ပေါ်စေပါတယ်။
၃။ Do More (ပိုမိုလုပ်ဆောင်ပါ) - လက်တွေ့ဆောင်ရွက်မှု (Action)
ဗဟုသုတဟာ လက်တွေ့မလုပ်ရင် အချည်းနှီးပါ။ ဒါကြောင့် သင်ယူထားတာကို လက်တွေ့ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။
- ဘာကြောင့် စိတ်အားတက်ကြွဖြစ်စေတာလဲ -"လုပ်ဆောင်မှု (Action)" ဟာ ကြောက်ရွံ့မှုကို ပျောက်ကွယ်စေတဲ့ အကောင်းဆုံးနည်းလမ်းပါ။ ခေါင်းဆောင်က စွန့်စားလုပ်ဆောင်နေတာကို မြင်ရတဲ့အခါ အဖွဲ့ဝင်တွေရဲ့ ယုံကြည်မှု (Confidence) တိုးလာပါတယ်။ ဒါက "စကားနဲ့မဟုတ်ဘဲ သာဓကနဲ့ ဦးဆောင်ခြင်း (Leading by Example)" ရဲ့ အနှစ်သာရပါ။ အခက်အခဲတွေကို ဖြတ်ကျော်ဖို့ စွမ်းအင်ကို ဖန်တီးပေးပါတယ်။
၄။ Become More (ပိုမိုဖြစ်လာပါ) - အမွေအနှစ်နဲ့ သြဇာ (Legacy & Influence)
ဒါဟာ အဆုံးသတ် (The Destination) မဟုတ်ဘဲ နောက်ဆုံးရလဒ် (Outcome) ပါ။ အိပ်မက်၊ သင်ယူမှု၊ လုပ်ဆောင်မှုတွေရဲ့ ပေါင်းစပ်မှုက ခင်ဗျားကို ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ လူတစ်ယောက်အဖြစ် ပြောင်းလဲစေပါတယ်။
ဒီအဆင့်က ခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ သြဇာ (Influence) ကို ဖော်ပြပါတယ်။ ခင်ဗျား ပြောင်းလဲလာတာကို အခြားသူတွေ မြင်ရတဲ့အခါ သူတို့လည်း "ငါလည်း အဲဒီလိုပဲ ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်တယ်" လို့ ယုံကြည်လာပါတယ်။ ဒါဟာ ရာထူးကြောင့် ဖြစ်တဲ့ အာဏာ (Power) မဟုတ်ဘဲ “ကိုယ်ကျင့်တရားကြောင့် ဖြစ်တဲ့ သြဇာ (Moral Authority)” ပါ။
“ခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ယောက်ဟာ ရာထူးအဆင့်အတန်းကြောင့် မဟုတ်ဘဲ ကြီးထွားဖွံ့ဖြိုးမှုရဲ့ သံသရာလည်ပုံ (Cycle of Growth) ကြောင့် လူတွေကို စိတ်အားတက်ကြွဖြစ်စေတယ်” ဆိုတာကို သင်ပေးပါတယ်။
-Dream More = မျှော်လင့်ချက်ကို ပေးတယ်။
- Learn More = လမ်းကြောင်းကို ပြတယ်။
- Do More = ယုံကြည်မှုကို တည်ဆောက်ပေးတယ်။
- Become More = စံပြပုံစံ (Role Model) ဖြစ်လာပြီး တပါးသူကိုပါ ပြောင်းလဲစေတယ်။
