လစာထုတ်ရက် နောက်ကျခြင်း

လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ဝင်နေကြတဲ့ ဝန်ထမ်းတိုင်း မိမိလုပ်အားအတွက် ခံစားခွင့်ကို လစဥ် အချိန်နဲ့တပြေးညီ ရရှိလိုကြပါတယ်။ သို့ပေမယ့် တစ်ခါတစ်ရံ အကြောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကြောင့် လစာထုတ်ရက် နောက်ကျတာမျိုးတွေ ရှိတတ်ပါတယ်။

Payroll Calculation Process ကို လိုအပ်တာထက် ပိုပြီးအချိန်ပေးရတာကြောင့် လစာထုတ်ရက် နောက်ကျတာမျိုးလည်း ရှိတတ်ပါတယ်။
➤ အသုံးပြုတဲ့ Software တွေရဲ့ Technical Error ကြောင့်ဖြစ်စေ၊
➤ လူမှုဖူလုံရေး SSB မှားယွင်းတွက်ချက်မှုကြောင့်ဖြစ်စေ၊
➤ ဝန်ထမ်းတွေရဲ့ အချက်အလက်တွေ Data Entry ပြုလုပ်ရာမှာ လွဲချော်မှုကြောင့်ဖြစ်စေ၊
