Job Vacancy: IT Support Assistant (Part-Time)

About the Role
Solutify Myanmar is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will support IT operations for our partner organizations. Ideal for students or early-career professionals, the role offers flexible working hours and exposure to real-world IT service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to our partners staff (remotely and on-site 1 day/week)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support laptop, printer, and Wi-Fi setup and maintenance
- Perform routine checks and updates on IT systems
- Work closely with the Lead IT Consultant for issue resolution
Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently graduated in IT or a related field
- Basic knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting and networks
- Responsible, communicative, and eager to learn
- Able to work independently and follow guidance
- Comfortable with occasional site visit to Yangon-based office
