Key Responsibilities
For Junior Odoo Developer:
• Assist in developing and maintaining Odoo backend modules (standard/custom).
• Learn and follow best practices in Python, Odoo ORM, XML, and QWeb.
• Understand business requirements and help implement features under guidance.
• Collaborate with senior developers and functional consultants.
• Debug and test modules to ensure quality and performance.
• Write clean, well-documented code with supervision.

For Mid-Level Odoo Developer:
• Independently design, develop, and optimize Odoo backend modules.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party services (e.g., payment, logistics APIs).
• Refactor and optimize code for better performance and scalability.
• Lead technical discussions and code reviews.
• Collaborate across teams and mentor junior developers.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and testing coverage.

Required Qualifications
Junior:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (can be ongoing
for exceptional candidates).
• Experience with Odoo development through personal, academic, or internship
projects.
• Basic knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Odoo framework (ORM, XML, QWeb) is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the Odoo ecosystem.
Mid-Level:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Strong command of Python and PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of Odoo ORM, XML, QWeb, and RPC.
• Experience with multiple Odoo versions (13+ to 19+).
• Track record of third-party integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Odoo.sh and Odoo deployment pipelines.
• Contributions to Odoo open-source community or custom modules.
• Understanding of frontend frameworks (JavaScript, jQuery, OWL).
• Knowledge of ERP business processes (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR,
Accounting).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
