CHIEF CASHIER ( FEMALE )
LOCATION - THINGANGYUN TOWNSHIP , YANGON
📢 We are looking for a highly responsible, energetic, and experienced Chief Cashier to lead our cashier team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities -
✔Team Supervision: Train, mentor, and schedule cashier staff. Monitor their performance and assist during busy rush periods.
✔Financial Oversight: Manage the opening and closing of registers. Reconcile end-of-shift reports, resolve cash discrepancies, and ensure safe deposits.
✔Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex customer complaints, performing price overrides, and approving returns/exchanges.
✔Security & Compliance: Enforce loss prevention procedures, maintain cash register security, and ensure strict adherence to store or bank policies.
✔Cash Management: Balancing the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, counting money, securing funds, and preparing bank deposits
✔Maintain and update daily, monthly and yearly accounts spreadsheets
✔Generate and maintain account related reports
Requirements -
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
✔ Minimum 5 years’ experience as Head Cashier / Cashier Supervisor
✔ Experience in Retail, Trading, or Wholesale industry preferred
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Honest, responsible, and detail-focused personality
✔ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
🏢Working Hour : 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
