• ဝယ်ယူမှု ပမာဏ ထိန်းချုပ်ပါ - ပုံမှန်ရောင်းအားပေါ် မူတည်၍ ရှိရမည့် အနည်းဆုံးနှင့် အများဆုံး (Min-Max Stock Level) သတ်မှတ်ပြီးမှ ဝယ်ယူပါ။

Important Note: "Profit" on the books and "Cash" in hand are not the same thing. For a business to survive in the long run, you need to have cash on hand. Your business will only operate sustainably if your cash management is systematic.

အသေးစားလုပ်ငန်းရှင် တဦးအနေနဲ့ ငွေတောင်းရမှာ အားနာလို့ပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ စာရင်းမမှတ်မိလို့ပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် ရစရာရှိတဲ့ငွေတွေ ဆုံးရှုံးနေပါသလား။

တစ်ယောက်ယောက်က မိတ်ဆွေကို 'ရစရာကျန်ငွေ ဘယ်လောက်ရှိလဲ' လို့ လာမေးရင် စက္ကန့် ၃၀ အတွင်း အဖြေပေးနိုင်မလား။

ဒီမေးခွန်းကို အသေးစားလုပ်ငန်းရှင် အများစုက မဖြေနိုင်ကြပါဘူး။ ဒါဟာ ပေါ့ဆမှုကြောင့် မဟုတ်ဘဲ စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားတဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ် (Process) အားနည်းလို့ပါ။

၃။ အကြောင်းကြားခြင်း (Follow up)။ ။ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့မှတ်တမ်းကို ကြည့်လိုက်တာနဲ့ ဘယ်သူက ငွေပေးချေဖို့ ရက်လွန်နေပြီလဲဆိုတာ အတိအကျ သိနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဝေခွဲမရ တွေးနေစရာမလိုသလို "ငွေလွှဲပြီးပြီလားခင်ဗျာ" ဆိုတဲ့ အားနာစရာ အခြေအနေမျိုးလည်း မကြုံရတော့ပါဘူး။

In 2025, we successfully supported 9 social enterprises to scale up their business activities, creating a tangible and positive impact on the local entrepreneurial landscape. For this year, selected micro, small and medium entrepreneurs will be eligible to receive financial assistance of up to 120 Lakhs MMK. ပျော်ရွင်ဖွယ်ရာ ကမ္ဘာ့ MSME နေ့ပါ။

ဇွန်လ ၂၇ ရက်နေ့ဟာ ကုလသမဂ္ဂမှ ကမ္ဘာ့စီးပွားရေးကို မောင်းနှင်နေသည့် အသေးစား၊ အလတ်စား လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များကို ဂုဏ်ပြုအသိအမှတ်ပြုသောနေ့တစ်နေ့ဖြစ်သည်။

ဒီနေ့ရဲ့ အထိမ်းအမှတ် အနေနဲ့ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းငယ်များ ကောင်စီ (ICSB) ၏ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် အတွင်း ကမ္ဘာ့ MSME တွေရဲ့ လားရာများ အကြောင်း ဆောင်းပါးမှ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက လုပ်ငန်းငယ်များနှင့် ပိုမို ထင်ဟပ်သော အချက်အချို့ကို ရွေးချယ်မျှဝေလိုက်ပါသည်။

၁) ဒေသတွင်း လုပ်ငန်းငယ်များသည် လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ ကျောရိုးဖြစ်သည်။
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားသော လုပ်ငန်းအားလုံး၏ ၉၉% ကျော်သည် MSME များဖြစ်သည်။ ICSB က "ဒေသတွင်း လုပ်ငန်းငယ်များသည် အထူးသဖြင့် မတည်မငြိမ်မှုနှင့် ရင်ဆိုင်နေရသော လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းများတွင် ဒေသတွင်း အလုပ်အကိုင်နှင့် စီးပွားရေး ဆက်လက်တည်မြဲမှု၏ အဓိကအင်ဂျင်များ" ဖြစ်သည်ဟုဆိုသည်။ လုပ်ငန်းငယ်များသည် အလုပ်အကိုင်သာမက ဒေသတွင်း ငွေကြေးလည်ပတ်မှုနှင့် လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းတည်မြဲမှုကိုပါ ထောက်ကူပေးနေသည်။

၂) တကိုယ်‌တော် လုပ်ငန်းစတင်သူများ များပြားလာသည်။
ကိုယ်ပိုင်စွမ်းရည်၊ ဝါသနာနဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ကို အရင်းတည်ပြီး တကိုယ်တော် စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းတွေ တည်ဆောက်လာကြတာ ပိုများလာပါတယ်။ ဝန်ထမ်းတွေ၊ ရုံးခန်းတွေထက် ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု၊ စိတ်အားထက်သန်မှုတွေနဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းများကိုစတင်သူတွေဟာ ၂၀၂၆ ရဲ့ ထူးခြားတဲ့ လက္ခဏာတခုပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၃) လုပ်ငန်းငယ်များသည် လူသားဆန်မှု ပြန်လည် မွေးဖွားရာ နေရာ ဖြစ်လာသည်။
နည်းပညာတွေ ဘယ်လောက်ပဲ တိုးတက်လာပါစေ ဖောက်သည်တွေဟာ နွေးထွေးမှု၊ ယုံကြည်မှုနဲ့ ကိုယ်ချင်းစာနာတဲ့ ဆက်ဆံရေးမျိုးကို ရွေးချယ်လိုကြတယ်။ ဤသည်မှာ မြန်မာ့စီးပွားရေးလောကမှာ ရှေးကတည်းက ရှိခဲ့သည့် သဘာဝအားသာချက်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၄) အမျိုးသမီးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များရဲ့ အခန်းကဏ္ဍဟာ လုပ်ငန်းငယ်များမှာ ဆက်လက်ကြီးထွားနေဆဲဖြစ်သည်။
ကမ္ဘာ့အမျိုးသမီးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များနှင့် အလားတူ မြန်မာ့အမျိုးသမီး လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များဟာလည်း အွန်လိုင်းမှဖြစ်စေ၊ လူချင်းတွေ့ဆုံ၍ဖြစ်စေ အချင်းချင်း လမ်းညွှန်မှု၊ ငွေကြေးပံ့ပိုးမှုနှင့် ကွန်ရက်ချိတ်ဆက်မှုများဖြင့် တစ်ဦးကိုတစ်ဦး ပံ့ပိုးနေကြသည်။ ဈေးဆိုင်ကလေးများမှ Facebook Live များအထိ အမျိုးသမီးများသည် မြန်မာ့စီးပွားရေးတွင် အင်အားကြီးမားသော ဂုဏ်ပြုထိုက်သည့် အဓိကတွန်းအားစုတစ်ရပ်ဖြစ်သည်။

မြန်မာ့ စီးပွားရေး၏ နှလုံးသားများဖြစ်ကျသော နိုင်ငံတစ်ဝှမ်းရှိ အသေးစား၊ အလတ်စား လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များကို ယနေ့မှာ အမှတ်ရရ ချီးကျူး ဂုဏ်ပြုအပ်ပါတယ်။

27 June is a day the United Nations has dedicated to honouring the small and medium business owners who power the world's economy.

In commemoration of this day, we are sharing points from ICSB's (International Council for Small Business) 2026 Global MSME Trends article that resonate most closely with small businesses here in Myanmar.

1) Local businesses are the backbone of our community.
Over 99% of all registered businesses in Myanmar are MSMEs. ICSB says they are "the primary engines of local job creation and economic continuity, especially in communities facing volatility and disruption." Small businesses support not only employment but also local wealth circulation and community stability.

2) Solo entrepreneurs are on the rise.
More people are building businesses on their own: driven by skill, passion, and purpose. Those who start with nothing but their craft and determination, rather than teams and offices, are a defining characteristic of 2026.

3) Small businesses are where the human touch is reborn.
No matter how much technology advances, customers still seek warmth, trust, and genuine human connection. This is a natural strength that has always existed in Myanmar's business culture.

4) Women entrepreneurs continue to grow their role in small businesses.
Just like their global counterparts, Myanmar's women entrepreneurs support each other through mentorship, networks, and shared resources, from market stalls to Facebook Live. Women are a powerful and deserving driving force in Myanmar's economy.
