• Work experience in Schematic Estimate & Budget preparation
• Work experience in both High Rise Building and Residential Building from tender stage up to Final account stage at Developer, Main Contractors and Subcontractors
• Work experience in Tender Documentation and Contract Administration
• Work experience in MIC project in Myanmar from beginning to construction Stage
• Work experience in Materials List Preparation for MIC approval
• Knowledge on various Conditions of Contracts and ability to work together with the Clients
