Key Responsibilities:👇
🎯Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
🎯Develop and implement a curriculum that caters to the needs of students at different learning levels.
🎯Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback.
🎯Maintain discipline following the rules and disciplinary systems of the institution.
🎯Participate in departmental and school meetings, parent meetings, and school training and events.
🎯Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the instructional environment.
🎯Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by laws, district policies, and school regulations.
🎯Prepare required reports on students and activities.
🎯Integrate technology into the classroom as an instructional tool.
Qualifications:
🎯Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree or a teaching certificate (e.g., TESOL, CELTA, TEFL) is preferred.
🎯Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching English as a Second Language.
🎯Excellent command of spoken and written English.
🎯Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
🎯Ability to create a vibrant teaching atmosphere.
🎯Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.
🎯Proficiency in using technology as an educational tool.
