Responsibilities
Conduct researches or interviews to understand business/commercial requirements, in both short term (operational) and long run (strategical)
Support other teams/departments in terms of new process related or new system integrations (and/or) improvement of existing ones
Provide the suggestions and contributions within IT division in terms of IT Architecture, Operation efficiency and other standardization, IT process and governance and vendor evaluation
Communicate stakeholders including CxOs, line managers and outside companies and find the solution that all stakeholders can accept
Manage overall task force schedule considering dependencies of parallel IT system implementations
Requirements
Experience for IT system implementation project
IT literate plus good 4-5 experience of software development background is a must
Excellent interpersonal skills
Sensitiveness for future project risk and proactive arrangement before becoming issues or troubles
Tact and persuasive ability & Good team-worker
Great analytic or statistics skills
Telco experience is preferable
Good oral and written communication skills
Open-minded and willingness of learning many new things
Senior Staff for IT Infrastructure Team ( 1 – Post) (Salary – Negotiable)
Responsibilities
Monitor, Comply, Enhance corporate IT infrastructure security
Planning and managing regarding overall JO IT infrastructure (system and network).
Implement, Maintain and Operate systems/network that is required high skill and enough experience.
Training and managing juniors
Maintain and Operate Microsoft applications, Windows server, AD server proactively in JO IT infrastructure
Implement, Maintain and Operate other Microsoft applications and other system with seniors.
Requirements
Having skills about network infrastructure consisting of LAN, WAN and Firewall
implementing, operating and maintaining IT infrastructure in Public sector or large company (+500 employees)
8 – 15 years experiences
CCNP or MCSA
Prefer knowledge in CCIE or MCSE
Fluent in English

Responsibilities
> Manage stakeholder requirement and development process. (system analysis, software solution design, implementation)
> Manage development of test plan and testing activities with relevant parties including user acceptance testing
> Manage development schedule
> Need to engage with Vendors/ Subcontractors related to Project Requirement
> Inspection and troubleshooting of malfunction in applications on Billing system
Requirements
> Experiences for Billing / Charging system or other system
> Experience for drawing the definitions of requirements and the test scenario for billing system or other system
> Telecom experience is preferable
> Basic knowledge of project management & development procedure
> Having IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
> Fluent in English including communicating and presenting
> Myanmar, Japanese and Chinese language are preferable
