Vacancy Opening – Compliance and Administration Officer
Job Summary
The Compliance and Administration Officer provides support to the compliance and administration functions of the organization and clients facing responsibilities. This role assists in maintaining regulatory compliance, internal controls, and effective office administration, while gaining hands on experience in corporate governance and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Support
• Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal / external policies
• Support preparation and submission of statutory and regulatory filings
• Maintain and update compliance registers, records, and documentation
• Assist in internal compliance checks and audits
• Support senior team members in identifying and tracking compliance requirements
• Assist with training coordination and record keeping
Administrative Support
• Provide day to day administrative and office support
• Assist in maintaining office records, files, and document control systems
• Support the coordination of office supplies, stationery, and basic vendor arrangements
• Support meeting coordination, including scheduling, minutes, and follow ups
• Assist with basic HR administrative tasks such as staff records and onboarding documentation (if applicable)
• Handle correspondence, emails, and administrative inquiries
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Business Administration, Management, a related field
• 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of compliance, corporate governance, or administration is an advantage
Language Requirements
Myanmar – Fluent. Must be able to type in Burmese
English – Intermediate to Fluent (Listening/ Spoken/ Written)
• Good command of English; 7 or above is an advantage.
