နိုင်ငံတော်သမ္မတ ဦးဝင်းမြင့်ကို စစ်တပ်က ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်၊ ဖေဖော် ဝါရီလ ၁ ရက်နေ့ စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းပြီးနောက် ဖမ်းဆီးခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး အဂတိအမှု ၄ မှုအပြင် ပုဒ်မ ၁၃၀-က တိုဖြင့် စုစုပေါင်း ထောင်ဒဏ် ၉ နှစ်နှင့် ၆ လ ချမှတ်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။

📍Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction
Management.
1+ years of QS experience in both structural and interior/decoration works.
Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation.
Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Familiar with standard forms of contract (FIDIC is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Good communication and negotiation ability.
