We would like to announce that we are becoming a new agency, ERA Myanmar (ERA) which is a beautiful merger between two agencies: one of Myanmar’s leading public relations agencies, Echo Myanmar, and digital marketing firms, RevoTech. The new integrated communications agency (which combines Echo’s expertise in communications with Revo’s expertise in digital marketing technology) will be home to more than 70 experts across digital, creative and strategic communications fields, making it the largest such agency in the country.

Echo Myanmar မွဦးစီးျပီး ႏိုင္ငံတကာအဆင့္မွီ UnionPay ရဲ့ ပထမဆုံး မိတ္ဆက္ပြဲ အခမ္းအနားအား ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီလ ၂၁ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ Sule Shangri-La Hotel တြင္ ျမန္မာမီဒီယာမ်ားႏွင့္အတူ စည္ကားသိုက္ၿမိဳက္စြာ က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွ ထိပ္သီးမီဒီယာမ်ား၊ တ႐ုတ္ႏိုင္ငံ၏ ေငြေပးေခ်မႈဆိုင္ရာ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမွ သက္ဆိုင္ရာတာဝန္ရွိလူႀကီးမင္းမ်ားႏွင့္အတူ အေရွ႕ေတာင္အာရွရဲ႕ UnionPay Deputy General Manager ျဖစ္တဲ့ Mr. Vincent Ling လည္ းပါဝင္တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။

Mr. Vincent Ling မွလည္း UnionPay ရဲ႕ ျပည္တြင္းျပည္ပ ႏိုင္ငံတကာမွာရရွိခဲ့တဲ့ ေအာင္ျမင္မႈေတြအျပင္ ေငြသားကိုင္ေဆာင္စရာမလိုပဲ ေငြေပးေခ်မႈမ်ားကို ျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္တဲ့ လူ႕အဖြဲ႕အစည္းတစ္ခုရရွိရန္ ရည္ရြယ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ေနေၾကာင္းေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဤအခမ္းအနားျပဳလုပ္ေနစဥ္မွာလည္း UnionPay ၏ လမ္းၫႊန္ခ်က္လက္စြဲ စာအုပ္အသစ္ျဖစ္တဲ့ “Payments & Finance Handbook” ကိုပါမိတ္ဆက္ခဲ့ျပီး ၎စာအုပ္မွတဆင့္ ကဒ္အသံုးျပဳျခင္းျဖင့္ ရရွိႏိုင္တဲ့ အက်ိဳးေက်းဇူးမ်ားကို လူအမ်ားအား သင္ၾကားရွင္းလင္းေပးႏိုင္မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

On Thursday, February 21st, Echo Myanmar prepared the way for UnionPay International's first official introduction to the Myanmar media at a Roundtable event held at the Sule Shangri-La Hotel. The intimate gathering between a dozen of Myanmar's top media professionals and the Chinese payment brand's local and international representatives, including Mr. Vincent Ling, Deputy General Manager of UnionPay International in Southeast Asia, allowed an ideal space and opportunity for the payment brand to share about their global, regional and local achievements and goals to help the predominately cash-based society move to an increasingly cashless one.

UnionPay also utilized this opportunity to launch their new Payments and Finance Handbook, a financial literacy tool they hope will teach people about the benefits and strong security benefits of using a card.

Roundtable events like this one are an ideal way to introduce a client to the media as it allows for a small enough setting for questions and answers and gives the media an opportunity to get to know the client.
