𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 (𝐌/𝐅)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to support our CEO. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to the CEO, providing executive support in a one-on-one working relationship.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring it is organized, prioritized, and that he/she is adequately prepared for meetings and events.
Handle confidential and non-routine information with the utmost discretion.
1. Facilitate communication between the CEO, key executives, and employees.
2. Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
3. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Ability to travel at short notice.
4. Conduct research and present data in a clear and concise manner.
5. Translate documents and verbal communication from English to Burmese and vice versa.
6. Prepare and compile comprehensive reports for management.
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Burmese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners.
- Ability to travel at any time and with short notice.
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Off on Weekends and Public Holidays)
