The Network Engineer will be responsible for the implementation, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure. This role includes supporting LAN/WAN systems, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, wireless networks, and related security solutions.

✅ Implement and maintain network infrastructure according to project and business requirements.
✅ Configure, operate, and optimize next-generation firewall, Web Application Firewall solutions to ensure effective network security, traffic control, threat prevention, and policy enforcement.
✅ Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, and VPN connections.
✅ Ensure network performance, availability, reliability, and security.
✅ Perform root cause analysis for network issues and provide timely solutions.
✅ Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to support project delivery.
✅ Prepare network diagrams, configuration documents, and technical reports.
✅ Provide technical support for network-related incidents and service requests.
✅ Assist in security product implementation such as firewalls, endpoint security, and access control solutions.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ At least 1 years of experience in network administration, implementation, or support.
✅ Good knowledge of Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, NAT, DHCP, DNS, and firewall concepts.
✅ Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, or similar network/security devices is preferred.
✅ CCNA certification is preferred.
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✅ Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
✅ Willingness to learn new technologies and work on long-term project

ဒီနေ့ခေတ်မှာ mobile banking, digital wallet, online payment, credit card transaction တွေက နေ့စဉ်ဘဝထဲမှာ အရမ်းအသုံးများလာပါတယ်။ သုံးရတာလွယ်ကူလာသလို တစ်ဖက်မှာလည်း fraud နဲ့ scam ပုံစံတွေက ပိုမြန်၊ ပိုရှုပ်ထွေးလာပါတယ်။ အရင်လို transaction တစ်ခုချင်းစီကို လူနဲ့ manual စစ်တဲ့နည်းလမ်းတစ်ခုတည်းနဲ့မလုံလောက်တော့ပါဘူး။

🔸 𝐀𝐈 က 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐝 ကို ဘယ်လိုဖမ်းနိုင်တာလဲ?

Card fraud detection မှာ customer တစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ card ကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာသုံးထားပြီးမိနစ်ပိုင်းအတွင်း နိုင်ငံခြားကနေ online payment တစ်ခုထပ်ဝင်လာတယ်ဆိုရင် AI က ဒါကို risk မြင့်တဲ့ transaction လို့ သတ်မှတ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီအခါ transaction ကို ခဏရပ်ထားတာ၊ customer ကို SMS သို့မဟုတ် app notification နဲ့ confirm လုပ်ခိုင်းတာမျိုး ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

Login security မှာလည်း AI က အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။ Device အသစ်ကနေ login ဝင်တာ၊ location မတူတာ၊ password မှားထည့်တာများလာတာ၊ unusual IP address ကနေဝင်လာတာတွေကို စစ်ပြီး account takeover ဖြစ်နိုင်ခြေရှိမရှိ ခန့်မှန်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုနည်းနဲ့ customer account ကို scammer လက်ထဲမရောက်ခင် ကာကွယ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
AML monitoring မှာတော့ ငွေလွှဲငွေထုတ် pattern တွေကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး money laundering ဖြစ်နိုင်တဲ့ suspicious transaction တွေကို AI က flag လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ Transaction အရေအတွက်များတဲ့ bank တွေအတွက် ဒီလို system မရှိရင် suspicious case တွေကို အချိန်မီတွေ့ဖို့ ခက်ခဲပါတယ်။

Finance company, lending company, microfinance service တွေမှာ AI ကို loan fraud နဲ့ identity fraud ကာကွယ်ဖို့ သုံးကြပါတယ်။

Loan လျှောက်တဲ့ customer ရဲ့ document တွေက အမှန်လား၊ fake document သုံးထားတာလား၊ identity တူနေတဲ့ application တွေ ရှိနေလား၊ application ထဲက information တွေ မကိုက်ညီနေလားဆိုတာ AI နဲ့ စစ်ဆေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

နောက်ထပ်အရေးကြီးတာက credit risk နဲ့ fraud risk ကို ခွဲခြားသိနိုင်တာပါ။ Customer တစ်ယောက်က loan ပြန်ဆပ်နိုင်ခြေနည်းတာလား၊ဒါမှမဟုတ် မရိုးသားတဲ့ intention နဲ့ loan လျှောက်တာလားဆိုတာ data pattern တွေကိုကြည့်ပြီးခန့်မှန်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။

ဒီလိုစစ်ဆေးနိုင်တာကြောင့် bad loan လျော့နိုင်သလို genuine customer တွေကိုလည်း approval မြန်မြန်ပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။ Finance company အနေနဲ့ risk ကိုထိန်းနိုင်ပြီး customer experience ကိုလည်းပိုကောင်းအောင်လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

ယနေ့ scam တွေက transaction fraud တစ်မျိုးတည်းမဟုတ်တော့ပါဘူး။ Phishing link ပို့တာ၊ fake bank page လုပ်တာ၊ OTP လိမ်ယူတာ၊ bank staff လိုဟန်ဆောင်ပြီး phone call လုပ်တာမျိုးတွေပါပါလာပါတယ်။ ဒါမျိုး Case တွေက social media မှာ မြင်တွေ့နေကျ တောင်ဖြစ်နေပါပြီ။

AI က suspicious message တွေ၊ fake URL တွေ၊ customer complaint pattern တွေ၊ login attempt တွေကိုစစ်ပြီး scam campaign တစ်ခု စတင်နေပြီလားဆိုတာ ခန့်မှန်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။

ဥပမာ customer အများကြီးက တူညီတဲ့ link တစ်ခုကနေ login ဝင်ဖို့ ကြိုးစားနေတယ်၊ ဒါမှမဟုတ် တူညီတဲ့ scam message အကြောင်း complaint တင်လာတယ်ဆိုရင် AI system က phishing attack ဖြစ်နိုင်တယ်လို့ alert ပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီအချိန်မှာ bank ဘက်က customer တွေကို warning ပို့တာ၊ fake domain ကို report လုပ်တာ၊ account protection step တွေတိုးတာမျိုး မြန်မြန်လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

🔸𝐀𝐈 သုံးခြင်းရဲ့ အကျိုးကျေးဇူး
AI သုံးခြင်းရဲ့ အကြီးဆုံးအကျိုးကျေးဇူးက speed ပါ။ Fraud တစ်ခုကို ရက်ပိုင်းကြာမှသိတာနဲ့ စက္ကန့်ပိုင်းအတွင်းသိတာက financial loss အရမ်းကွာပါတယ်။
နောက်တစ်ခုက accuracy ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ AI က transaction အများကြီးထဲက pattern တွေကို ဆက်စပ်ကြည့်နိုင်တာကြောင့် fraud ဖြစ်နိုင်ခြေကိုပိုမြန်မြန်ခန့်မှန်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။
Manual review team တွေကလည်း case အားလုံးကို တစ်ခုချင်းလိုက်စစ်စရာမလိုတော့ဘဲ risk မြင့်တဲ့ case တွေကိုပဲ အာရုံစိုက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် operation cost လျော့နိုင်ပြီး fraud response လုပ်တဲ့အချိန်လည်းပိုမြန်လာပါတယ်။
