Job Requirements – Senior System Engineer/System Engineer (1 Post)
Qualifications & Experience
✅️ Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificate, or Bachelor’s
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a
related field.
✅️ Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in system support, infrastructure, or
related technical roles.
Technical & Functional Responsibilities
✅️ Provide technical support to end-users on system, hardware, and software application
issues.
✅️ Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure solutions,
servers, networks, and related products.
✅ ️Troubleshoot, diagnose, debug, and resolve technical problems effectively and
efficiently.
✅️ Maintain, track, and update all support cases; follow up with clients and ensure timely
resolution.
✅️ Conduct regular system health checks, audits, and compliance reviews to ensure
systems adhere to guidelines and best practices.
✅ ️Support system implementation, deployment, and lifecycle management for
customers.
✅️ Provide technical assistance and support to other company locations across Southeast Asia travel may be required.
✅ ️Perform any additional duties required to support users and business operations.
Communication, Presentation & Solutioning Skills
✅ ️Able to conduct clear and engaging presentations to customers, internal teams, or
management.
✅️ Capable of performing solutioning, including understanding customer requirements
and proposing suitable IT solutions.
✅ ️Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
