• Property Showings: Arrange seminar event and conduct property showings for potential buyers, highlighting the property's features and benefits.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to reach mutually acceptable terms and conditions.
• Documentation and Contracts: Prepare and review real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents necessary for closing real estate transactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operation
▪ Perform related duties as assigned by Manager
▪ Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pick up according to the schedule
▪ Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high
▪ Check and report product damage case by case analysis (e.g. damage in a container or because of t operator)
▪ Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
▪ Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance
▪ Communicate and cooperate with the team
▪ Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
▪ Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
▪ Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports

(ACCPA) ERP Inventory and Receiving System
▪ Receive and process warehouse stock products with ERP and Barcode System
▪ Receive and check invoices according to PO make receiving with auto simply barcode system
▪ Manual record and report for shipment planning and inventory data
▪ Transfer the serial numbers by location using barcode software
