Job Description
- Initiate new business projects with external stakeholders, manage approval processes, and coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth ex*****on.
- Manage and monitor existing business projects, including project activities, timelines, budgets, and team performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in project outcomes and overall performance through effective monitoring and optimization.
- Initiate, develop, and manage external business partnerships and strategic collaborations.
- Lead the preparation, coordination, and management of NDAs, MOUs, and contractual agreements related to external partnerships, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain strong, professional, and long-term relationships with project partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with relevant product managers to improve the performance and impact of each business partnership.
- Manage and coordinate the company’s participation in external events, including communication, planning, and approval processes.
- Strengthen the company’s brand presence while maintaining healthy relationships with external stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on project and partnership performance for management review.

- Monitor the daily activities of AMAO and Regional Agriculture Loan Supervisors through AMAO to ensure effective ex*****on and compliance with operational standards.
- Track and analyse portfolio performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring continuous improvement and maintenance of portfolio quality.
- Prepare and oversee short-term and long-term business plans by product, region, and branch, and monitor progress against defined targets.
- Lead surveys and assessments for new products and expansion into new areas related to Agriculture, Aquaculture (AQL), and Livestock (LSL) sectors.
- Conduct periodic reviews of products and operational processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Plan and organize agriculture-related and product-focused events and promotional activities to support business growth and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage and coordinate the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, collaborating with relevant organizations and partners.
- Provide support to the Training Department in planning and delivering awareness programs and training activities related to agriculture, aquaculture, and livestock sectors.
- Oversee the implementation and effective functioning of the company’s LUMS processes related to Agriculture, Aquaculture, and Livestock sectors, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness
