Mentor ဆိုတာက မိမိဘဝကိုလမ္းညြွန္ေပးႏိုင္မယ့္လူမ်ိဳးေပါ့။ လူငယ္ေတြက မိမိဝါသနာပါတာက တစ္မ်ိဳးလုပ္ေနရတာက တစ္မ်ိဳးျဖစ္ေနတတ္တယ္။ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ လမ္းခုလတ္ေရာက္မွ ဘာဆက္လုပ္ရမွန္းမသိျဖစ္ေနတတ္တယ္ ဒါမဟုတ္ ကိုယ့္ရဲ့ career ကို ေရွ့ျမန္ျမန္ေရာက္ခ်င္တယ္ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ကိုယ္ထက္ေရွ့ေရာက္ေနတဲ့ လူေတြဆီမွာ အျကံဥာဏ္ေတာင္းျကည့္ဖို့လိုတယ္။

ေပ်ာက္ရွ
