Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field (Business Administration, English, Chinese, or Secretarial Studies preferred).
• Diploma in Business Administration (or) Secretarial training is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• English (Fluent), Chinese (Fluent).
• Familiar with scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar).
• Minimum (3) to (5) years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary to senior management (CEO, GM, or Director level).
• Experience in Distribution, Trading, Logistics, or Import/Export industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to type and prepare documents quickly and accurately in both Chinese and English.
• Basic knowledge of meeting minutes and report preparation.

Job Descriptions
Executive Support
• Manage CEO's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Prioritize and filter incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Remind CEO of important tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
Communication & Liaison (Chinese & English)
• Act as the primary communication bridge between CEO and Chinese-speaking partners, suppliers, or clients.
• Translate documents, emails, and verbal communications between Chinese, English, and Myanmar (if needed).
• Handle phone calls and written correspondence in both Chinese and English professionally.
Meeting & Travel Coordination
• Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries (flights, hotels, visas, ground transport).
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings (venue, equipment, catering).
• Accompany CEO to meetings when required and provide interpretation support.
Task Follow-up & Project Coordination
• Track progress of tasks assigned by CEO to various departments (Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Logistics).
• Follow up with department heads to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare daily/weekly summary reports for CEO on key business activities.
Office & Administrative Management
• Screen and prioritize visitors and phone calls for CEO.
• Manage CEO's expense claims and reimbursement process.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support CEO's efficiency.

• Handle all sensitive business and personal information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.

• Minimum (3) to (5) years of working experience as an Accountant, with at least (2) years in a Senior Accountant or similar supervisory role.
• Experience in Distribution, Trading, or Logistics industry is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in inventory accounting and handling high-volume transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills (Myanmar and English – both written and spoken).
• Integrity, honesty, and ability to handle confidential information.
Job Descriptions
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and manage accurate financial records, including daily transactions related to distribution operations (inventory, sales, purchases, etc.).
• Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Oversee invoicing, collections, and payments to suppliers and customers. Ensure timely reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts.
• Inventory Accounting: Monitor inventory movement, cost of goods sold (COGS), stock valuation, and assist in periodic stock takes (physical counts) with the warehouse team.
• Team Supervision: Provide guidance and review the work of junior accounting staff (if any). Ensure all accounting tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Software Management: Proficiently use accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
