We are looking for a highly motivated HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
The HR & Admin Officerâs responsibilities shall include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions and Myanmar Labour Law. Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
⢠Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
⢠Develop hiring plans with job design, sourcing, interview scheduling, HR behaviour, fitness interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, employment contracts, dispute resolution, dealing with recruitment agencies and to;
⢠Manage day-to-day HR operational activities and personnel support services such as personnel records, administration of benefits, and HR reports.
⢠Implement and manage all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation and employee administration
⢠Develop and maintain employment policies and procedures, rules and regulations, disciplines, employee handbook and employee forms
⢠Develop training and onboarding material to provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
⢠Develop, implement and maintain effective compliance with all federal and state labour laws
⢠Lead annual performance management and professional development initiatives process for staffs
⢠Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
⢠Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
