Job Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Marketing Executives
• Engine Oil / Lubricants products များကို Market တွင် Promote နှင့် Sales တိုးတက်စေရန် လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်
• Workshop, Dealer နှင့် Distributor network များ တိုးချဲ့နိုင်ရန်
• Customer relationship တည်ဆောက်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်
🔹 Admin Sales & Office Staff
• Sales order, invoice ,office documentation နှင့် Stockများ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်
• Sales team နှင့် coordination လုပ်ရန်
• Customer inquiry များကို follow up ပြုလုပ်ရန်
🔹 Sales & Marketing Manager
• Sales strategy ချမှတ်၍ team ကို ဦးဆောင်ရန်
• Market expansion နှင့် distribution channel တိုးချဲ့ရန်
• Sales performance ကို analyze လုပ်ပြီး growth ရရှိအောင် လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်
🔹 HR Officer
• Recruitment process များ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်
• Staff management နှင့် HR documentation များ လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်
• Employee performance နှင့် HR policy များ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
Requirements
✔ Sales / Marketing / Business / Management related experience ရှိသူများ
✔ Communication skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ
✔ Teamwork နှင့် Leadership skill ရှိသူ
✔ Lubricants / Automotive industry experience ရှိသူများကို ဦးစားပေးမည်
