Innovasia MJ do IT offshore service based on Lab model. The main customer is a Japanese corporate organization.
In Lab model development, the client will manage engineers as project managers and proceed with the project. Whether the client is oversea or in Myanmar depends on the case. For engineers it is a great appeal to be able to work as a development team member of overseas projects while staying in Myanmar. There is also possibility of direct employment from overseas companies depending on the activity.
We undertake consigned development of software, website and so on.

Job requirements
+ Technical related：
Web system development, unit test, comprehensive test implementation experience : 3 years or more
Android application development, unit test, comprehensive test implementation experience : 3 years or more
* Programming language does not matter
Database knowledge, SQL writing, ERD writing experience : 3 years or more
+ Document ability :
Requirement definition document (RDD) and other development-related specifications experience : 3 years or more
Also need the experience in creating specifications with English or Japanese: 3 years or more
+ Management ability :
Experience as a Team leader: 2 years or more
+ Future :
Highly conscious of studying new technologies, fields and tools
Interested in AI, Data Analysts
+ Language ability :
There is no problem if either of the following can be done.
English
Japanese minimum N3 pass
