အားလုံးမဂ်လာပါ။ ဒီနေ့ကတော့ world food safety day ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် Food safety ၏အရေးကြီးပုံလေးကိုမျှဝေချင်ပါတယ်။ နေ့စဥ်လူမှု့ဘဝဖြတ်သန်းကြရာတွင်မိမိကိုယ်ခန္ဓာကို​မောင်းနှင်ရန်အတွက်စွမ်းအင်မရှိမဖြစ်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ထိုစွမ်းအင်ကိုအဟာရပြည့်အောင်စားသုံးခြင်းဖြင့်ရရှိပါသည်။ထို့ကြောင့်မိမိတို့စားသုံးလိုက်သောအစားအစာများသည်ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရန်အလွန်ပင်အရေးကြီးလှပါသည်။ဘေးအန္တရာယ်မကင်းရှင်းသောအစားအစာများကိုစားခြင်းဖြင့်ဝမ်းပျက်၊ဝမ်းလျှောခြင်း၊အသဲရောင်အသားဝါခြင်း၊နေမကောင်းဖြစ်ခြင်း၊ ဗိုက်အောင့်ခြင်း၊ အော့အန်ခြင်းအစရှိသည်တို့ကိုခံစားနိုင်ရပြီးအသက်ဆုံးရှူံးသည်အထိဖြစ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ထို့ကြောင့်"Farm to Fork" အစာကွင်းဆက်တလျောက်လုံးဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ဒီနှစ် ၂၀၂၆ အတွက် ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ စားသောက်ကုန် ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေးနေ့အတွက် ဆောင်ပုဒ်မှာ “From burden to Solutions” ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အစာကွင်းဆက်တလျောက်တွင် ဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသော Food Safety နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော အခက်အခဲများ၊ စိန်ခေါ်မှုများနှင့် အန္တရာယ်များကို နေ့စဉ်ကြုံတွေ့နေရသောကြောင့် Food Safety သည် လူတစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက်၏ တာဝန်သာမက “Food Safety is Everyone’s Responsibility” ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် အစာကွင်းဆက်တလျာက်မှ အားလုံးပူးပေါင်း၍ အဖြေရှာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
စိန်ခေါ်မှုများကို ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရန် Food Safety Culture ကို မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း၊ Food Safety Management System များကို ထိရောက်စွာ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်းနှင့် ဆက်လက်တိုးတက်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းတို့သည် အရေးကြီးလှပါသည်။
