Key Responsibilities (လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များ)
Progress Documentation: Telecom site များတွင် လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်ပြီးစီးမှု အခြေအနေများကို ဓာတ်ပုံမှတ်တမ်းများဖြင့် စနစ်တကျ စုဆောင်းသိမ်းဆည်းရမည်။
Report Preparation: Project အလိုက် လိုအပ်သော Completion Reports (PAT/PAC Reports) များကို သတ်မှတ်စံချိန်စံညွှန်းများအတိုင်း တိကျစွာပြုစုရမည်။
Invoicing Support: လုပ်ငန်းပြီးစီးမှုမှတ်တမ်းဓာတ်ပုံများနှင့် Report များကို အခြေခံ၍ ငွေတောင်းခံလွှာ (Invoice) တင်သွင်းနိုင်ရန် လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ ပြင်ဆင်ရမည်။
Coordination: လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ရှိ Site Engineer များ၊ Project Manager များ နှင့် ရုံးချုပ်ရှိ စာရင်းစစ်၊ စာရင်းကိုင်ဌာနတိုအကြား လုပ်ငန်းအချက်အလက်များ ချောမွေ့စွာစီးဆင်းနိုင်ရန် ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိင်းပေး ရမည်။
Data Management: Project နှင့် ပတ်သက်သော ဖိုင်များ၊ စာချုပ်များနှင့် မှတ်တမ်းများကို Computer အတွင်း (Hard copy/Soft copy) စနစ်တကျ သိမ်းဆည်းရမည်။
