Company Extract form ထုတ်နည်း
(ထုတ်ရလွယ်ကူအောင် သေချာ ရှင်းပြထားပါတယ်ရှင်)
**Company Extract form သည် ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ အချက်အလက်များကို ဖော်ပြပေးသည့် DICA မှ ထုတ်ပေးသော form ဖြစ်သည်။
ကုမ္ပဏီ Extract form ကို ကုမ္ပဏီ ၏ အချက်အလက်များ ပြင်ဆင်ပြောင်းလဲ မှူ ပြုလုပ်ပြီးသည့်အချိန်တိုင်းတွင် ငွေ 10,000 ကျပ် သွင်း၍ ပြန်လည် ထုတ်ယူရပါသည်။
Extract form ထုတ်ရန်.....
*Browser မှ www.myco.dica.gov.mm သို့ ဝင်ရောက်ပါ.
*Login ကိုနှိပ်ပြီး User Name နှင့် Password ကို ရိုက်ထည့်ပါ.
*ငွေ 10,000 သွင်းရန် Main Menu တွင် FUND ACCOUNT ကိုရွေးပါ.
MPU or Debit Card ရွေးချယ်ပြီး ငွေ သွင်းပါ.
*ငွေ 10,000 သွင်းပြီးလျှင် Main Menu တွင် COMPANY I MANAGE ကို ရွေးချယ်ပြီး Click နှိပ်ပါ.
*ထိုထဲတွင် Register number (9) လုံး(အပြာရောင်) ကို နှိပ်ပါ၊Company Profile သို့ရောက်ပါမည်.
*Company Profile ထဲ တွင် အပြာရောင် Highlight (4)ခုတွင် Order Documents အား ထပ်မံရွေးချယ်ပါ.
*Order Documents သို့ရောက်သည့်အခါ Documents Available To Order မှ လေးထောင့် ဘောက် Select ကို နှိပ်ပြီး Company Extract K 10,000 ကို ရွေးချယ်ရပါမယ် ပြီးလျှင် Submit Click တစ်ချက်နှိပ်ပါ.
*Order Documents စာမျက်နှာမှာ အစိမ်းရောင် ဘောက်လေးထဲမှာ Pay Remainder form Client Balance လေးထောင့် ကို Click တစ်ချက်နှိပ်ပြီး အပေါ်ဆုံးမှာရှိသော Order Documents ကို နှိပ်လျှင် ရပါပြီရှင့်.
*ထို့နောက် View Documents ကို နှိပ်လျှင် PDF file ကို download လုပ် ပြီး ထုတ်လို့ရပါပြီ.
*မိမိ ထုတ်ခဲ့သော Extract form များကို My Order တွင် ပြန်လည် ကြည့်ရှူ နိုင်ပါသည်ရှင်.
