🇲🇳 Монгол Улс газар зүйн заалт бүртгэгдсэнийг илэрхийлэх албан ёсны таних тэмдэг болон хэрэглэх журмаа баталлаа.
Уг тэмдгийг ашигласнаар Монгол Улсад бүртгэгдсэн газар зүйн заалттай бүтээгдэхүүний гарал үүсэл, онцлог чанарыг хэрэглэгчдэд таниулахаас гадна үндэсний онцлог бүтээгдэхүүний үнэ цэн, нэр хүндийг хамгаалах, үйлдвэрлэгчдийн өрсөлдөх чадварыг нэмэгдүүлэх, орон нутгийн уламжлалт үйлдвэрлэл, соёлыг сурталчлахад чухал ач холбогдолтой юм.
🔸Газар зүйн заалт гэж юу вэ?
Бүтээгдэхүүний чанар, нэр хүнд, онцлог шинж нь тухайн газар нутаг, байгал цаг уур, нутгийн иргэдийн ахуй соёлтой салшгүй холбоотой болохыг илэрхийлдэг оюуны өмчийн эрхийн нэг төрөл бол юм. Үүнийг Монгол Улсад Барааны тэмдэг, газар зүйн заалтын тухай хуулиар зохицуулдаг.
🇬🇧Mongolia has approved an official certification mark and regulation for registered geographical indications under Order No. A/141 of the Intellectual Property Office of Mongolia.
The certification mark is intended to help consumers identify products protected as geographical indications in Mongolia and to certify their origin and distinctive qualities. It is also expected to contribute to protecting the value and reputation of nationally distinctive products, enhancing the competitiveness of producers, and promoting local traditional production and culture.
🔸 protect products whose quality, reputation, and unique characteristics are closely linked to their place of origin, local climate, and traditional culture and it is protected in Mongolia under the Law on Trademarks and Geographical Indications.
