Mauritius - Island Student Accommodation We provide a 5 Star Service and Accommodation for foreign Students in Mauritius. We provide high standard accommodation to foreign students in Mauritius.

Our main accommodation is located in Flacq (East) for students attending The Open University in Montagne Blanche & also Anna Medical College (North).♢ We also cater for students who is looking for private accommodation anywhere around the Island. We Strive in providing quality service to our Students during their stay with us. Our accommodation are mainly stand alone unit with 2 or 3 rooms each. O

ur policy is not to flock a big number of students but to limit each residence where we can provide an individual service where each student has its own room and comfortable space to live. Our residence comprises of :-
♧ Bed ( Single or Double Bed on request), Study Desk, Office chair,Cupboard, Airconditing)
♧Toilet & Shower
♧Kitchen ( Cupboards, Gas Stove, Basic Kitchen utensils,kettle, Microwave.
♧Laundry ( Washing Machine)
♧Dinning room & Table
♧Lounge set.
♤Outdoor: Big garden and green space to enjoy and covered parking for students who own their own vehicles.
♡ Additional Facilities : TV, VCD (available) / Wifi, Private Dish *Dstv available on request at local provider charges.
☆ Location(Area) Surrounding
Conveniently located in the City of Flacq (east) about 25 km from the Airport and Capital of Port Louis. Flacq is a busy TOWN known for its trading zone. Shops, Shopping Malls, Cinema, famous franchisor like KFC, Mc Donald etc. Hospital, Colleges, Schools all within a close radius. Least but not last our famous Beaches like Belle Mare, Palmar, Trou D'eau Douce all within 6-8 kms radius.
☆Our Residence is well maintained and regularly cleaned. It is very safe and secure. We also provide a Shuttle service to students who require and at a reasonable cost.
¤ Our package is tailor made and flexible to suit the needs of each and every student as not all of them require the same service.
☆ Our Primary duty is to look after our students and give peace of mind to them and their parents.
☆ Availability? Normally we operate and open the residence the whole year from January until December. We provide two types of contract.
1.Flexi Contract ( for those who wish to stay on academic terms only)
2. Full Year contract (students who wish to secure a full year contract and keep their room & accommodation)
♤ At Island Student Accommodation we are driven by the passion of hosting our visitors with the greatest care and providing a 5 Star Service with personal attention and we are fully dedicated in our duties.
♤ We are mainly a Self catering accommodation but if Students require fully catered service with meals we do provide. Note: Food catered are cooked seperately for Vegetarians and Halaal needs.
♡ Advice : Please kindly make early booking to avoid dissapointment! Due to our limited space available and in demand request.
