Saipan’s morning and afternoon training sessions went great, thank you to all who attended!

This workshop will help train ABTC Licensed merchants and your management team and staff on how to properly ID customers to prevent the sale of alcohol products to minors, prevent youth access to alcohol products at retail stores and protect your business from violations and unnecessary fines.

This year’s workshop will place greater emphasis on the rise of underage alcohol use and its health implications. Recent data continue to show a concerning rise in alcohol use amongst youth in the CNMI, underscoring the importance of working together to reduce underage access to alcohol.

Island Training Solutions will be providing this training program with the support of the Department of Commerce - Alcohol Beverage and To***co Control (ABTC) Division and in partnership with Asia Pacific Education Services.

Contact the ABTC at the numbers listed above to RSVP. Walk-ins will also be accepted on the dates of each training.

All Licensed Class 4 Off-Sale Alcohol Retailers in the CNMI are strongly encouraged to attend and to send a company representative in an effort to maintain compliance, safeguard our youth and grow a healthier community together through government and private partnership.
