We’re happy to share that restoration efforts continue to move forward, and as a result, we have been able to advance to our next restoration area ahead of schedule.
This week, our crews will be working to restore Home Internet, Cable TV, and Home Phone services to homes within the highlighted areas of Finasisu.
If your home is located within the highlighted zone, no further action is required on your end. Our team will be contacting customers directly to schedule restoration appointments throughout the week.
If you are within the highlighted area and have not yet been contacted, please reach out to Customer Care at 670-488-CARE (2273), and we will be happy to assist you with scheduling.
As a reminder, all service disconnections remain temporarily suspended. Billing for services that have not yet been restored also remains suspended, and adjustments will be made accordingly. You will not be billed for Home Internet, Cable TV, or Home Phone services that have not yet been restored.
We will continue working with customers on alternative options should they be needed as restoration efforts continue.
