We have vacant position for :

Product Manager Responsibilities

Lead the product development team in creating the product road map
Listen to and understand customer feedback, and respond to product suggestions
Contribute to product pricing strategies
Work with a cross-functional team to determine the product's business model
Define the marketing and PR strategies for the product
Remain abreast of the latest industry trends and technology
Meet with clients and other key stakeholders
Support the sales team by providing product information and demos
Research and suggest new product development and refinements for existing products
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Below are the qualifications expected of a product manager:

Technical diploma in Digital printing industry, computer science, or a related field; MBA preferred
A minimum of 2 years experience in product management or a related field
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
High level of comfort with technology and its development
Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
Excellent documentation skills along with in-depth knowledge of product strategy
Experience creating detailed reports and presentations to senior executives and key stakeholders
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
A track record of successfully making and keeping commitments

We're Hiring – Technical Support Engineer

Join the Mirage MT Team

Mirage MT is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team.

If you have experience working with large format printers, laser machines, CNC equipment, or digital printing technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Installation and commissioning of new machines

Technical support, maintenance, and repairs

Machine diagnostics and troubleshooting

Customer training and demonstrations

Preventive maintenance and servicing

Providing excellent after-sales support

Working both on-site and at customer locations

Requirements

Experience with large format printers, CO₂ lasers, fiber lasers, CNC routers, or similar industrial equipment

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Basic knowledge of software, networking, and machine control systems is an advantage

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driving licence

Fluent English (additional languages are considered an asset)
