We’re now looking for a full-time Sales Representative to join our team at Centric St. Paul’s Bay, working closely with customers in-store and online to deliver a positive experience, provide tailored recommendations, and drive sales.
What You’ll Do:
• Welcome and assist customers in-store and online with their tech needs.
• Recommend products and services based on customer requirements and budget.
• Handle sales transactions, loyalty scheme registrations, and follow-up support.
• Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge to provide accurate advice.
• Assist with merchandising, stock checks, and maintaining store presentation.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions through product knowledge.
• Build long-term relationships with customers by providing reliable after-sales service.
What We’re Looking For:
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred, but training will be provided).
• Strong communication and people skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Passion for technology and willingness to learn about new products.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional conduct and a problem-solving mindset.
• A valid driving licence is considered an asset.
