Delivered by The Security Academy Malta in collaboration with Signal 8 Security Services, the programme was designed for staff who monitor CCTV as part of their wider security and operational duties.

Participants covered:

✅ Observation skills and incident recognition
✅ GDPR and data protection principles for CCTV
✅ Incident reporting and escalation procedures
✅ Practical, scenario-based monitoring exercises
