📊 General recommendations:
✅ Daily wear: 8–12 hours per day
✅ Extended shifts: Up to 12–13 hours with quality footwear and regular breaks
📅 Recommended replacement periods:
🔸 Heavy industrial use: Every 3–6 months
🔸 Daily professional use: Every 6–12 months
🔸 Moderate use: Every 12–18 months
⚠️ Replace your safety footwear immediately if:
❌ The sole tread is worn
❌ Slip resistance is reduced
❌ The toe cap becomes exposed or damaged
❌ The upper is cracked
❌ Water starts entering the footwear
❌ Insoles have flattened completely
❌ You experience increased foot, knee or back pain
Remember: Safety footwear is Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Even if shoes still look good on the outside, internal cushioning, support and protective features can deteriorate over time.
