About the Role:

C.A.M.C. Security Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead our security strategy and operations at our prestigious client. This senior role is responsible for safeguarding our people, assets, reputation, and infrastructure while ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across the clients premises.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies for physical, digital, and operational security.
-Conduct ongoing risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee crisis and incident-response plans.
-Manage and mentor security personnel, contractors, and service providers.
-Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimisation of modern security technologies and systems.
-Collaborate with internal teams, tenants, and external authorities to ensure unified security practices.
-Lead investigations, prepare security reports, and present recommendations to senior management.
-Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.

Key Qualities & Requirements:

-Proven leadership experience in security management at a senior level (preferably in corporate, commercial, or large-site environments).
-Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance, and emergency response.
-Deep understanding of contemporary security systems and cybersecurity considerations.
-Exceptional decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
