Vid&Co Business Consultants, through its Managing Partner Mr David Spiteri Gingell, has been commissioned by the Commonwealth Network Foundation for Information Communications and Technology to work with it on the design of a Strategic Plan and an organisational structure for the newly set up Swaziland Communications Commission.
Mr David Spiteri Gingell has since 2011 had extensive engagement with the Swaziland Government where he was engaged as a Consultant by the Commonwealth Secretariat to work with the Cabinet Office to assist it with the design of an e-Government Strategy for Swaziland.
The e-Government Strategy was completed in April 2013 and approved as policy by the Swaziland Cabinet in May 2013.
