Over the years, we have successfully completed numerous high profile projects ranging from small domestic pr
ojects to multi-million euro developments. These include, residential, commercial, office fit-outs, industrial, pharmaceutical and infrastructural projects. Our office is supported by a team of qualified specialist project managers, quantity surveyors, including consulting engineers, architects and designers. Our experience provides us with sole responsibility reporting directly to our clients. As consultants we can provide financial and project management expertise such as cost planning, estimating, procurement, tendering, programming, co-ordination; preparation of contract documents; site measurement; valuations and final accounts; claim management and cost reporting. Andrew Jaccarini graduated in quantity surveying at the School of Land and Construction Management, University of Greenwich, London. He is an active professional member of The Royal Institution of chartered Surveyors, Chartered Institute of Building and Association of Cost engineers. He started his career as a cost consultant with Mangion, Mangion and Partners and later Managing Director of Cost Construction Management Limited. Thereafter, moved to AX holdings group of companies as Project Controller with the construction division responsible commercial management of various operations and large scale projects. He later joined Schranz Limited as Commercial Manager. Having gained numerous years of experience on various projects, Andrew then founded Sphere Projects and Sphere Consultants.
