This year, Salvo Grima Group is proud to support the LifeCycle Challenge Malta 2026, as its team takes on an extraordinary cycling journey across 𝐑𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚, 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐲𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 – three countries where The Group is proud to have an established presence.

Making the journey even more meaningful for us, our colleague Alex Farrow will be taking on the challenge himself, joining the cyclists on an approximately 𝟐,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐤𝐦 journey in support of the LifeCycle Foundation and its work for renal patients.

But our involvement doesn't stop there...

As Alex and the LifeCycle team make their way across East Africa, our 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐨 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚, 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐲𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 will be there to support them on the ground, providing provisions and logistical assistance along the route.

From our colleagues in Malta to our teams across Africa, this is truly a Group effort – supporting an incredible cause across the communities and countries we are proud to be part of.

We are pleased to welcome Victor Sabwa Getenya to Salvo Grima Group as General Manager of Noble Outlook Limited, our FMCG distribution arm in Kenya, run in partnership with the local founder.

Victor brings over 20 years of leadership experience across East and Southern Africa, with a strong background in commercial and FMCG distribution management, having held senior roles at organisations including Coca-Cola Beverages and Reckitt Benckiser.

Victor is a valuable addition to our senior management team, leading our sustained efforts to elevate our Kenyan operations to even greater heights.

We look forward to his contribution as we continue to grow and expand.

Representatives of Salvo Grima Group and Salvo Grima Rwanda visited the Ntarama Genocide Memorial to pay our respects and deepen our understanding of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.

A deeply moving experience — one that serves as a powerful reminder of the strength, resilience, and courage of the Rwandan people in the face of unimaginable tragedy. Rwanda’s journey of reconciliation, unity, and progress continues to inspire.
