Hiring: SHIFT TECHNICIAN 🔧

Are you a hands-on problem solver with an eye for maintenance, troubleshooting, and keeping production running smoothly? We are hiring a full-time Shift Technician to join our Maintenance Department.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring plant stability, emergency response, preventive maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement across our production equipment and systems.
Key responsibilities:
✔️ Responding to breakdowns, alarms, and emergencies as a first responder
✔️ Carrying out fault finding and corrective maintenance
✔️ Performing preventive maintenance across equipment and facilities
✔️ Supporting new equipment installations and project implementations
✔️ Acting as a primary key person during afternoon shift, night shift, and weekends for plant stability.
✔️ Coordinating effective shift handovers and following up on unresolved issues
✔️ Supporting Total Productive Maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
✔️ Maintaining accurate maintenance records, reports, inventories, and logs
✔️ Supervising contractors when required
✔️ Supporting health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
✔️ Taking an active role as part of the designated fire team and serving as a certified first aider on site
📍 What we're looking for:
- HND or MQF Level 4 qualification in a relevant field
- Wireman A & B Licences
- Previous experience in a relevant maintenance/technical role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good computer literacy
