Vassallo Builders Limited was the main contractor responsible for constructing The Malta Siege Bell War Memorial in Valletta in 1992, commemorating all those who perished in defence of Malta during the Second World War.

The official inauguration of the memorial was presided over by Queen Elizabeth II.
