Corporate Client Facing Role
- Assisting the Head of Legal with Corporate Matters:
- Incorporation of Companies
- Corporate Re-Structuring
- Drafting of minutes and resolutions
- Daily liaison with clients
- Liaison with Malta Business Registry (MBR)
- Ensure timely filing of regulatory submissions
- Prepare, file and order necessary documentation relating to the Malta Business Registry
- To regularly carry out checks with MBR in relation to status of Companies
- Maintaining a Combined Register
- Follow up liquidations with appointed liquidator and act as client liaison
- To act as a liaison between clients and auditors to keep abreast with on-going audits
Compliance On-Going Monitoring
- Collation, review and updating of client due diligence records, ensuring all data is maintained up to date and in accordance with the company’s AML & CSP Manuals.
- Regular updates of UBO Register
- Assist in the on-boarding and re-review process in line with Company policies.
- To carry out monthly screening report through our monitoring screening program in line with Company policies
- To keep MLRO abreast with MFSA, MBR and FIAU updates.

General Duties
- Ensure record keeping and data bases are up to date and in line with Company policies
- Maintenance of corporate records including paper and electronic filing as well as archiving data in accordance with the company data-retention policy.
Education and Experience
- Relevant degree and/or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Training related to AML and CSP would be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams will be considered an asset
- On-going internal and external training is provided.
