📢 Attention all employers 📢 10 days of paternity leave paid means 10 days you can claim back.

Paternity leave applies to fathers as well as second parents in employment, on the occasion of the birth or adoption of the worker's child.

Through the Work-Life Balance Fund, employers can claim a refund for the full 10 working days of paternity leave, covering the gross basic wage, pro-rata statutory bonuses and allowances, and the employer's share of social security contributions.

NM Group takes care of the entire process for you. We prepare and submit your application, make sure every document is accurate, liaise with the authorities, and follow up until your refund is paid.
