As a company operating within the business and employment sector, we believe our responsibility goes beyond creating job opportunities. It extends to protecting the people behind those jobs.

Human trafficking and exploitation are realities that cannot be ignored. Businesses have a responsibility to challenge unethical practices, promote awareness of workers’ rights and create environments where individuals feel safe to speak up.

Business growth should never come at the expense of human dignity.

Ozo Group will be represented at the Slave-Free Alliance Annual Conference 2026 by our CEO, Fabio Muscat, on 10 November in Manchester.

Fabio will join the speaker line-up for “From Membership to Impact”, alongside representatives from organisations including AstraZeneca UK, DOF Group and Pilgrims Global.

For Ozo Group, responsible business goes beyond policies, commitments and compliance. It is about ensuring that those commitments translate into meaningful action across our operations, particularly in protecting workers, strengthening due diligence and maintaining high standards.

As part of our OZO30 celebrations, we had the pleasure of spending a special morning at St Vincent de Paul Residence during a Tombola event organised for its residents. 💙

Our employees came together to share conversations, laughter and companionship, creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone involved. Residents took part in the Tombola game, with prizes awarded to the winners, while our team also presented small gifts as a token of appreciation.
