Looking for an independent strong and well organised individual to provide top-level administrative assistance. The candidate should be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf and should be able to draft documents and help the CEO with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
Calendar management
Meeting Preparations
Taking of minutes of meeting
Responding to emails
Preparing PowerPoint Presentations
Assist with HR related responsibilities (Training will be provided)
AML and Corporate Compliance and due diligence related duties (Training will be provided)
Qualifications
Relevant degree/Diploma or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
An independent individual
English Language is a necessity
Maltese Language is an advantage
