ICT Technical Executive

Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, the selected candidate`s main responsibilities will include:

• The installation, servicing and support of the Ozone Telephony and Data Services;
• Support of Customers using the Ozone platforms;
• The First Line support of corporate ICT setups;
• Ensure high standards of confidentiality, reliability, responsibility and ethics.

Candidates should:

• have experience in using MikroTik routers will be considered an asset;
• understanding of Bridging, VLAN and routing technologies;
• have network knowledge and experience (TCP/IP based);
• have a valid ICT qualification – First Diploma in IT BTEC;
• be mature, responsible and reliable having an aptitude for customer care;
• be in possession of good written and oral communication skills and be fluent in Maltese and English;
• be willing to work on own initiative and form part of a team;
• be in possession of a clean driving license;
• have the willingness and ability to learn

★★ An Attractive Renumeration package, commensurate with qualifications, experience and personal attributes will be offered to the right applicant. Prospective candidates must submit their application, including a detailed CV, by not later than 15th of January 2019.
