Logo Grafix is currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to manage our Merchandising, Printing and Signs Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling client requests, coordinating production processes, and preparing quotations.

๐ŸŒŸ ๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
Manage day-to-day operations within the merchandising and printing department
Prepare and issue quotations
Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide suitable solutions
Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely delivery
Maintain high standards of customer service and attention to detail
Follow up on orders and ensure smooth workflow from quotation to completion

๐ŸŒŸ ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
Previous experience in merchandising, printing, or a related industry is a must
Fluency in both Maltese and English (spoken and written) is a must
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of printing processes and promotional products will be considered an asset
Proficient in basic office and quotation systems
