Vanilla Telecoms is looking for a hands-on technical installer to join our team!

The role:
Installing and maintaining wireless internet infrastructure across Malta — working on poles, roofs, and customer sites to keep our network running smoothly.

You'll need:
A good head for heights (pole work & roof installations)
Clean driving licence
Strong cabling skills (CAT5/CAT6 structured cabling)
Practical, hands-on ability (fixing poles, mounting equipment)
Basic IP networking knowledge (router setup, troubleshooting)

Ideal for someone who:
Likes working outdoors and solving real problems
Enjoys variety — every day is different
Takes pride in quality workmanship
Wants to be part of Malta's connectivity backbone

We’re hiring: Sales & Customer Care Representative (Vanilla Telecoms Ltd.)
📍 Santa Venera, Malta · 🕗 Full-time · 🚗 Category B licence required

Vanilla Telecoms is growing! We’re looking for a people-first Sales & Customer Care Representative to win new business and care for our customers. You’ll split time between our Santa Venera office and the field - prospecting, meeting clients, and ensuring a smooth, friendly experience end-to-end.

What you’ll do:

Sales:
Generate and qualify new B2B leads; book and run client meetings across Malta and Gozo
Understand needs, present tailored telecom solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close.
Keep an accurate pipeline and notes in the CRM.

Customer Care:
Handle inbound enquiries via phone/email/chat with clear, friendly communication.
Coordinate with technical teams for activations, troubleshooting, and follow-ups.
Own tickets through resolution, meeting agreed SLAs and keeping customers updated.
Capture feedback and spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Our requirements:
Fluent English (spoken & written); Maltese is a big plus.
Category B driving licence; comfortable visiting clients.
Professional appearance and confident client-facing manner.
Empathy, problem-solving, and strong phone/email etiquette.
Previous sales experience (telecoms/tech/field sales) is a plus.
