The Association of Catering Establishments - ACE would like to thank the Deputy Prime Minister the Hon. Ian Borg, for his sterling work and relentless support during his tenure as minister responsible for tourism.
ACE also congratulates the Hon. Dr Jo Etienne Abela on his new appointment as the Minister for Tourism.
The association looks forward to work closely with Minister Abela to continue ensuring the best interests of the local catering industry.

The Association for Catering Establishments (ACE) expresses its sincere condolences to the Muscat family on the passing of Mr Benny Muscat Senior.

Together with the late Maria, Benny Muscat Senior were among the pioneers of Maltese cuisine restaurants in Malta and Gozo through the establishment of Ta’ Marija in Mosta and Palazzo Pescatore, at a time when the local restaurant industry was still in its infancy.
Their vision, dedication, and innovation helped pave the way for the growth of the local catering sector and established them as true flag bearers of the industry.

May they both rest in peace.
