Earlier this week, FHRD President Noel Debono, Board Secretary Dr Godwin C Micallef and CEO Karen Muscat Baldacchino met with Malta Employers President Ivan Refalo and Director General Kevin J. Borg to discuss opportunities for collaboration between our two organisations, as well as the current employment and HR landscape in Malta.

We are pleased to announce the first outcome of this collaboration: a joint event taking place on 15 September, with complimentary access for FHRD members. From Directive to Action: Gender Pay Transparency in Practice will explore the practical implications of gender pay transparency requirements and how organisations can prepare for implementation.

The event will feature expert insights from RSM Malta and Ganado Advocates. More details will be announced soon. Stay tuned!
