Our company Superb Oil Stream and Service Ltd. is seeking for a Technical Assistant to join our diverse and growing team in Oil & Gas Industry. SOS is an independent Company based in Malta which operate as binder for a net of companies in Italy and in West Europe to offer a complete package of services and goods.
Our Company is looking for a Technical Assistant to provide support and administrative assistance to the Managing Director and other members of the team.
The ideal candidate should be administrative-inclined and enjoy assisting others.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support to Managing Director in the day-to-day basis activities.
Provide Administrative Assistance, including but not limited to:
Filing, scanning, faxing, composing correspondences, data entry, making travel arrangements.
Organizing meetings is another task they may perform by scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and preparing any materials needed.
Prepare the Accounting Book entry for the Company auditor.
Answer phones calls, create reports, maintain records and conduct research as well.
Work with both internal staff and external clients and suppliers to provide any administrative support they might need.
Deal with other Technical Assistants of the Group's companies in other countries.
Contact supplier via e-mail or phone.
Being in charge of the purchasing process for office supplies.
Work Experience and Requirements:
The communication skills should be excellent and he/her must be able to multitask. An eye for detail is also an important trait, as is the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
Experience in maintaining information/data on the Company Server Archive
Knowledge of office administration including accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
Fluent in English. Italian and/or Arabic will be a plus.
Education Requirements:
University/College Degree is an asset.
Administrative Background will be a plus.
