Positions & Requirements
Chinese Chef
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Chinese cuisine
• Skilled in wok cooking, stir fry dishes, and traditional Chinese recipes
• Able to manage kitchen prep and maintain high food quality standards
Kitchen Expo
• Coordinate between kitchen and service staff
• Ensure dishes are prepared and sent in correct order
• Maintain clear communication with chefs during service
Kitchen Helper
• Basic kitchen experience preferred
• Assist chefs with ingredient prep and kitchen organization
• Maintain the cleanliness of workstations
Dishwasher
• Wash dishes and kitchen utensils; maintain dishwashing area cleanliness
• Work efficiently during busy service hours
